Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled shoot are free of charge.
Rescheduling Policy
Shoots can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability.
Weather Policy
If rain or poor conditions affect exterior or drone work, we'll reschedule at no extra cost.
Travel Fees
Travel within our main service area is included. Locations farther away may include a travel fee.
Turnaround Times
Photos within 24–48 hours. Videos within 48–72 hours.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon delivery of the final media unless otherwise agreed.
Property Access
Please make sure the property is accessible and ready at the scheduled time.
Photo and Video Usage Rights
Clients receive a license to use the media to market the property. True View Realty Media may use the media in its portfolio.
Privacy Policy
We only collect the information you share with us (such as your name, email, phone, and property details) to respond to your request and provide our services. We never sell your information. To request removal of your data, email Jalonsovisuals@gmail.com.
